Nobody knows products better than the manufacturer, and they can usually answer queries much more quickly than us. However, we do provide some limited technical advice and support on all products available in our catalog. We try to respond to your questions as quickly as possible, however it is worth noting that the manufacturers website may still be the best place to seek specific answers about your product.

At the same time we appreciate and understand that there are some rare occasions when you do need to return goods to us. So here we list these rare occassions:

Goods Faulty on Arrival / Dead On Arrival
If you are reporting faulty goods: must be reported within 3 days of receipt. When the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. For business customers, please refer to conditionss of use page.

Goods Damaged in Transit
If your goods were damaged in transit: we request that you report it to us within 3 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period
Reporting faulty goods: then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience which of course, we recommend you utilise in order to correct the fault quickly. Note: carriage costs paid by the customer unless stated otherwise in the warranty. Most warranty covers the cost of carriage.

Used Stock
Please note that our used stock is sold with 3 months warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after 3 months of receipt will be refused.

If You Have Changed Your Mind
If you have changed your mind and you are a private customer (not applicable to business customers), and the goods have not been in your possession for over 7 days (not for business customers), and the item can be sold again as new, then you are entitled to return the goods to us following completion of the RMA form online. Please note that the cost of returning these items is the responsibility of the customer. Once the goods are received in the condition described, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item, excluding the delivery charges paid at the time of ordering. Note: Return carriage costs paid by the customer.

Please note: In case of Returns, you must notify us via email, following this you will recieve instructions to submit RMA, you must NOT return items without confirmation of RMA number. This will enable us to process your return quickly.

Standard Delivery Charges (SDC)
SDC is £5.99 (flat rate) ex VAT for almost all orders.
We do our best to get your packages sent right away, but it may take from 2 - 3 days in some cases. Our delivery times are between 8am and 6.00pm. For goods ordered which are not in stock, will be back-ordered and cutomer will be notified via registered email of date of arrival and dispatch.
Estimated delivery time will be announced once the order is processed and email notification sent to the email address on file.
Please Note: Next Day Delivery is no longer guaranteed as some packages may take a little longer depending on the location. We do not currently offer Weekend Delivery Options.
*Standard shipping charge applies to most items in the shop.But if your order includes multiple large or bulky items like Plasma Screens then it might be subject to an additional delivery cost. In this event you maybe contacted prior to shipping.

Backorder: You may at times see order status set to backorder, if the item is not in stock when placing the order or if the stock is depleted. In such cases you are informed that it may take anything from 7 to 28 days for the item to be replenished and delivered to you.
Order on Request Only: This message may be displayed under the stock availability when viewing product details. This will result in the item being Backordered, and again you should allow from 7 to 28 days for the stock to be replenished and delivered.
If there are instances where we are not able to honour an order, we will inform you promptly and keep you updated with the expected delivery date.

Can we deliver to an alternative address?
We can deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable address. We may carry out further security checks on this type of order. We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address.

What if i am not available to accept the delivery?
The courier will attempt two deliveries on consecutive working days. We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for upto five days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Where can we deliver to?
We generally deliver to mainland UK. Delivery can take up to a week in some areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland. We can deliver worldwide provided the payment is made by bank transfer. Please do send us an email if you are an overseas customer with the product details and quantity together with the delivery address for a quote.

Which courier will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?
The couriers we use are Initial City Link,Parceline, Parcel Force, Amtrak and TNT. The couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.00pm for orders based on SDC. We cannot specify a delivery time.
If you have not received your goods within this time period please contact customer services by email at cs@tekshop247.com and we will track the delivery for you.
