Standard Delivery Charges (SDC)

SDC is  £6.99 (flat rate) ex VAT no matter what you order.

If goods ordered are in stock and the order is placed before 4:30pm, they will be dispatched for next day delivery as standard. Our deliveries times are between 8am and 6.00pm. For goods ordered which are not in stock, will be back-ordered and cutomer will be notified via registered email of date of arrival and dispatch.

Please Note: Next day Delivery applies to Orders made from Monday - Thursday before 4.30pm. Orders placed on Friday before 4.30pm will be scheduled for Delivery on Monday. We do not currently offer Weekend Delivery Options.

Delivery FAQ

Can we deliver to an alternative address?

We can deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable address. We may carry out further security checks on this type of order. We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address.

What if i am not available to accept the delivery?

The courier will attempt two deliveries on consecutive working days. We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for upto five days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Where can we deliver to?

We can only deliver to mainland UK. Delivery can take up to a week in some areas of Scotland. We cuurently can not deliver to overseas addresses, to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland or BFPO addresses. We do not ship outside the UK.

Which courier will deliver my goods and when will they arrive?

The couriers we use are Initial City Link,Parceline, Parcel Force, Amtrak and TNT. The couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.00pm for orders based on SDC. We cannot specify a delivery time.

When will my goods arrive?

Standard deliveries should arrive next working day between 8:00am and 6:00pm. We cannot specify a delivery time. If you have not received your goods within this time period please contact customer services by email at cs@tekshop247.com and we will track the delivery for you.
