We may not have this product in stock right now, but you can place an order anyway and we will Back-Order from our suppliers/manufacturers and keep you posted with any news.

Depending on the supplier/manufacturer, some items may be available within 7 days, while others can take much longer. Some items which are not in stock can even take months, but in all cases we will let you know when the item is expected, if we have a date once you place your order.

Remember that we are constantly replenishing our stock and updating the site accordingly.

If for some reason we are unable to get hold of the desired item or quantity, we will let you know quickly.

Please note that while on back-order, the price may change due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event prices decrease, we will make the necessary refund and conversely if the price increases a little we will let you know promptly.

Its also worth noting that we do not charge your card until we can confirm delivery of your item/s.

Orders placed under these special requests are brought in specifically to meet your needs and as such, these orders are non-refundable once dispatched . However you can cancel at any time prior to dispatch for delivery. Any faulty, damaged goods or errors on our part will be dealt with as per our standard terms.
