SDC is £4.99 (flat rate) ex VAT for almost all orders.
We do our best to get your packages sent right away, but it may take up to 3 days in some cases. Our delivery times are between 8am and 6.00pm. For goods ordered which are not in stock, will be back-ordered and customer will be notified via registered email of date of arrival and dispatch.
Next Working Day Delivery Option now available at £9.99 ex vat /Last Orders for Next Working Day by 4:30pm (Mon-Fri).
Orders received after 4.30 pm Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
Please Note: If we cannot Guarantee Next Day, we will send the package via the Standard Delivery Option and Charge you accordingly.
Estimated delivery time will be announced once the order is processed and email notification sent to the email address on file.
We also offer Saturday (pre 12pm) Delivery at £49.99 ex vat.
*Standard shipping charge applies to most items in the shop. But if your order includes multiple large or bulky items like Multiple Plasma Screens then it might be subject to an additional delivery cost. In this event you maybe contacted prior to shipping.
You may at times see order status set to backorder, if the item is not in stock when placing the order or if the stock is depleted. In such cases you are informed that it may take anything from 7 to 28 days for the item to be replenished and delivered to you.
This message may be displayed under the stock availability when viewing product details. This will result in the item being Back ordered, and again you should allow from 7 to 28 days for the stock to be replenished and delivered. If there are instances where we are not able to honour an order, we will inform you promptly and keep you updated with the expected delivery date.
The couriers we use are Initial City Link,Parcelline, Parcel Force, Amtrak and TNT. The couriers work Monday to Friday between 8am and 6.00pm for orders based on SDC. We offer only door to door service.Our courier will not enter the premises unless a special delivery is arranged.We cannot specify a delivery time. If you have not received your goods within this time period please contact customer services by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track the delivery for you.
We can deliver to an alternate delivery address provided it is a verifiable address. We may carry out further security checks on this type of order. We do not deliver to other residential addresses other than the registered card holder address.
The courier will attempt two deliveries on consecutive working days. We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for up to five days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.
We generally deliver to mainland UK. Delivery can take up to a week in some areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland. We can deliver worldwide provided the payment is made by bank transfer. Please do send us an email if you are an overseas customer with the product details and quantity together with the delivery address for a quote.
